Hey y’all! So I just recieved another wonderful fashion-related Perk from Klout!
It came in another slightly over-sized box, and I will be honest, I did think I was getting multiple items (mini bottles), not just one regularly-sized item, but that is okay.
It was an essie 2012 Summer Collection color! The color name is “bikini so teeny” which essie describes as a “provocative lustrous sky blue.”
The campaign is heavily geared towards swimsuit season – “dive into gorgeous color” – and essie founder/creative director Essie Weingarten wants you to buy fun colors that will give you courage and confidance this summer!

Isn’t ‘bikini so teeny’ a cute lavender blue? Other colors available are: cascade cool (“frosty, shimmery carnation pink”), all tied up (“naughty molten bronze”), off the shoulder (“daring, scorching hot pink”), fear or desire (“obsession-worthy bright orange”), and mojito madness (“fun-loving party lime”). They are $8.00 per bottle like normal essie colors.

I agree with you – the color IS def funky. I am thinking my Mom and I will try it on our toes this weekend to see how it looks. Klout is great – a bit wonky website-wise but once you get the hang of it it is interesting… so you should check it out!
I love black for a nail color – I do that almost every fall/winter. I may try this cool color on my toes and see how it looks with my skintone!
They really do always put together a wonderful collection! You should get them all! I wish they would do small bottle sampler packs like OPI does so well – at least then we can try them all first! Essie sometimes puts them out… but only sparingly.

Essie is wonderful. I used to be an OPI girl but Essie seems to do more unique shades that are wearable.
