I have 5 pounds to go to my goal weight – which is pretty awesome, as that means I am a badass, for one, and two, I am surprised because I was doing a BMI calculator and it said I could be 122 pounds and still not be underweight. Um, sorry, but if I was 122 I would have no chest, no butt, and my hair would be the heaviest part of my body. Insano.

It’s nice to be healthy… summer and beach trips help, too.

Well, lets see, I added on a couple of vitamins to my everyday – L-Carnitine – which contributes to energy and reduces body fat… I also have been good about my kettlebell routines, check out the DVDs (which crack me up) “From Russia with Tough Love” and “Kettlebell Goddess”… Also, I am eating smaller portions of whole grain. That's a major thing too.
